Privacy Policy

Auction Access Bridge (“the App”) is provided by Noah Auto LLC / Auction Access (“we”, “us”) to authorized customers of our licensed Copart and IAAI dealer service. This policy explains what data the App handles and why. The App is intended for authorized customers only and requires an active account at carsauctionaccess.com.

Data we collect and process

The App processes only the data needed to let you bid on and track vehicle auctions through your account:

• Authentication information — your account session token and customer ID, stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
• Auction pages you view — the Copart and IAAI lot and auction pages you open within the App, so we can show bid and auction status.
• User activity — your bid actions and auction activity, synced to your account so you and the dealer can track your bids, exposure, and won vehicles.
• Auction content — lot details shown on Copart and IAAI pages (lot/stock number, vehicle title, VIN, bid amounts) needed to record your bids and watchlist.
• Contact information — your name and email address, used to identify your account within your dealer’s operation.

How we use the data

• To authenticate you to the dealer account and keep your session active.
• To display live auction and bid status while you browse Copart and IAAI in the App.
• To sync your bids, watchlist, won vehicles, and activity history to your account dashboard.
• To enforce your assigned bid limit and exposure.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside the approved use cases.
• We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to operating the auction bidding service.
• We do not use your data for advertising, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not collect health information, payment card numbers, location, or personal communications through the App.

Data storage and sharing

Your session token and customer ID are stored locally on your device. Activity and bid data are transmitted over HTTPS to our server at start.carsauctionaccess.com and associated with your account. Data is shared only with the licensed dealer operating your account, as required to place and manage your bids on Copart and IAAI.

Access the App requires

The App accesses copart.com and g2auction.copart.com, and iaai.com and login.iaai.com, to read auction status and complete sign-in, and start.carsauctionaccess.com to sync your account data. Session and browsing data are used only to maintain your authorized session and to clear the dealer session when you sign out.

Data retention and removal

Locally stored credentials are removed when you sign out or remove the App. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the address below.
